IDA has gone live with Freshservice
Big congratulations to the Danish Engineering Association (IDA) on their go-live with Freshservice!
The Danish Engineering Association (IDA) is a professional organization and interest group for engineers and technical specialists in Denmark. With over 140,000 members, IDA works to promote knowledge, networks and career opportunities within engineering and natural sciences, and they play a central role in supporting members' professional and personal development.
We are proud to have been part of this exciting journey, and now the system is ready to be used in support. IDA is making a huge difference for engineers and technical specialists across the country.
There were more than 450,000 API calls in connection with the migration of data from their old system to Freshservice, which the team successfully moved. Now, exciting initiatives are planned that can benefit the entire organization even more.
