Clever Choice ApS ("we", "us" or "our" in the following) recognizes and respects users' privacy when they visit www.cleverchoice.com, and treats all information carefully and in confidence.

When you visit our website, information about you may be collected, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the content you will be shown. You can actively select and deselect whether you want cookies to be used and which specific cookies may be used.

Personal information

Clever Choice collects personal data in a number of different situations. We are therefore also very aware of processing all personal data in a confidential and secure manner. In this policy, you can read more about the guidelines for how we process the personal data we collect. Personal information is all sales information that can be attributed to you in one way or another. For example, when you use our website, sign up for our newsletter (electronic mail), enter into an agreement with us, download our guides or fill in our contact form.

What information is processed? 

Clever Choice processes information that can be used to identify certain people, including customers, contact persons and subscribers. We typically collect and process the following information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). 

To the extent that you give explicit consent to this yourself and enter the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail and company. This will typically be in connection with signing up for our newsletter or by filling in our contact form. 

We use Hubspot for collecting and storing email addresses, as well as sending newsletters. When you sign up for our news service, you also give permission for your information to be transferred to Hubspot and processed according to Hubspot's privacy policy. 

Purpose of storing information

Information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as to send you a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content. 

When you contact us, we process your personal data in order to handle your inquiry and provide the desired customer support. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your contact details to send the relevant newsletters and invitations to events. 

For example, if you download our guide, one-pager or whitepaper on our website, we use your contact details to send you other relevant information about our products. 

Safety measures

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. 

Period for storing information

The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for the storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted. 

Disclosure of information to third parties

Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "cookies". 

We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Dissemination of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give consent to it. 

You can always withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data, unless we are entitled or obliged to continue processing or storing your personal data on another basis, including in accordance with the law. 

We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. 

Links to other websites etc. 

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are therefore not responsible for the content of other people's websites or how they collect and process your personal data. When visiting a third-party website, you should read the website owner's privacy policy and other relevant policies. 

Insights and complaints 

You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. You can also object to the information being used at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it deleted or corrected.
