Our certifications
ISAE 3402- Type 2
At Clever Choice, we take IT security seriously. We have therefore had an ISAE 3402 auditor's report prepared. An auditor's statement of the type ISAE 3402 documents and guarantees that there are proper IT conditions with us and serves as proof that we comply with legal requirements and good IT practice.
The auditor's declaration is based on ISO 27001/2 and is prepared annually.
What is ISAE 3402 statement?
ISAE is an abbreviation of "International Standard for Assurance Engagements" and is an IT auditor's statement prepared by an external audit firm.
An ISAE 3402 statement provides a picture of the general state of an IT organization. The statement relates to all business processes around the IT function, which are part of or can affect the financial reporting such as; development, operation, preparedness, documentation and etc. The ISAE 3402 auditor's report also includes the physical conditions, such as how servers/data centers are located.
Our external auditor has reviewed our documentation and carried out random checks of the various areas, based on ISO 27001/2. This results in a statement with their observations and possibly a report with their assessments and possible recommendations.
With the ISAE 3402- Type 2 auditor's declaration, you can be sure that we have IT security under control in our hosting and that the conditions and quality of our IT systems are in order.

Clever Choice is a supplier under the SKI framework agreement
SKI stands for State and Municipal Procurement Service and is the procurement service and knowledge center for the entire public sector. SKI draws up framework agreements that can be used by the entire public sector: State, regions, municipalities, supply sector, etc.
A framework agreement is a procurement agreement that the public sector can use to buy everything from standard goods to IT (including hardware, software and consultancy). When you choose a supplier on a SKI framework agreement, you can be sure that everything is checked and lifted according to procurement rules that apply to public procurement throughout the EU.
Supplier at SKI 02.19
Clever Choice is a supplier on the framework agreement SKI 02.19. It allows us to deliver Cherwell Service Management on competitive terms to the public. As a supplier at SKI, we live up to a number of minimum criteria in terms of quality, environment and social responsibility.
The framework agreement 02.19 means that all public organizations can purchase standard professional systems as Software as a Service (SaaS applications). Here we can offer our IT Service Management solution Cherwell.
Supplier at SKI 02.06
Clever Choice is also a supplier on the SKI framework agreement 02.06, which includes includes the purchase of standard software, support and maintenance agreements. On the SKI framework evening 02.06, we offer both Cloud and On-premise solutions with all our IT Service Management solutions.
It therefore gives customers the opportunity to choose Freshservice, Matrix42 ITSM, 4me and Ivanti via SKI 02.06.
