Freshworks named Challenger in Gartner MQ'22

In the latest Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for ITSM 2022 report, our IT Service Management vendor Freshworks is named as a Challenger.

Freshworks offers Freshservice, which is a user-friendly and modern IT Service Management solution. Freshservice is aimed at customers who want a simple and intuitive solution, where it is possible to quickly start using it. 

In the report, Freshworks is hailed as a Challenger because, above all, they have created good satisfaction among their customers.

One of their strengths, which is also mentioned in the report, is that Freshworks announces useful updates to their Freshservice products every month. Furthermore, they focus on introducing new features faster to their customers, compared to other IT Service Management suppliers.
