Congratulations to Haarslev, who have gone live with Freshservice
Haarslev is an international company with offices in 16 countries around the world. Haarslev produces machines for e.g. production of meat and bone meal for animal feed.
Haarslev has now gone live with their new Freshservice solution as part of offering its employees a better service and making everyday life easier for everyone. Freshservice has been chosen because it is a very intuitive tool and easy to make adjustments in. Haarslev has chosen to implement the ticket part as the first, but has ambitions to spread its use to all the supported processes.
