SDU has gone live with Freshservice!
Congratulations to the University of Southern Denmark, which has gone live with Freshservice
The University of Southern Denmark has its roots in Odense and is the country's third largest university with approx 21.000 students and 3.300 employees.
The university focuses on creating visible results that generate value that contributes to the development of society. This is done via new technology, better health for citizens and high quality research.
The ambition with Freshservice
To start with, the solution will primarily be used for error handling and orders within SDU IT, but SDU has plans to expand its use to more functions and departments in the future. This is in line with SDU's digital strategy, which thinks big but starts small.
The first weeks of the operational phase have been a pleasant surprise for SDU. Freshservice has proven to be fast, agile and incredibly intuitive to customize, allowing them to focus on their goals without being distracted by technical details.
A notable addition to their experience has been meeting the Freshservice AI agent, Freddy. Freddy has proven to be an invaluable resource for SDU's support agents, increasing the efficiency of their daily work.
